We conduct Annual teacher training for the schools that have been into agreement with us. The duration of this training varies from 8 day to 15 day long. Some of the highlights are as follows:

- Trainee gets ample opportunity to construct his/her knowledge under the guidance of the trainer

- Author team of Computer Masti (not mandatory) Few sessions in the training program are:
- Computer Masti Philosophy
- Build the comfort level of using Computer Masti Applications,
- Develop an Insight towards the Teaching methodology: Revised Blooms taxonomy, Instructional strategy, Lesson planning etc.
- Effective Assessment: Evaluation Rubric, preparation of Question paper etc.
Facilities:
- The Accommodation of the trainee (only if it is out stationed school) is taken care
- The trainees are given hands on during the training, for better understanding of Computer Masti.
- Supporting documents like Trainee manual/content handout is provided
- CM Application CD
- Arrangements for refreshment and Lunch is taken care
- An Inopen IIT Certificate is provided
